SNIPPET ON TACEP

TACEP has established itself in a rural community of Kaloleni Giriama, 2 hours north of Mombasa, Kenya. This is one area of Kenya that has a high number of orphaned children. The orphaned are mostly excommunicated from their communities due to death of their parents from AIDS, or the financial inability of their parents to look after them.
